Is SIKAR Professionals authorized to conduct Competency-based Training and Assessment Program?
Yes, indeed we are qualified! In order for us to fulfil our client and market demands, we are always keeping ourself a step ahead in keeping our team qualified and certified to conduct such program. For your information, we are registered Training Provider with HRD Corporation, Malaysia. Not only our programs are monitored, our clients and participants also able to claim the training expenses through HRD Fund. Rest assured all our programs promotional items will display relevant authorities program approval number for ease of your vetting.
Where is my certificate from the class I just attended?
Course completion certifications from SIKAR Professionals are readily available within a week from your course completion. Do note that achievement certifications will only be issued to participants that passed our competency assessment.
Is my Competency Certification valid and traceable?
All our competency certifications of our participants are kept within our Certification Repository as per our ISO9001:2015 QMS Procedure. Do note that some certifications are issued directly by the Issuing Authority, in which case the certification are traceable to the Certification Body (CB).
Our PIC wants a class for just our employees at our location. What do I do to make this happen?
Great! At SIKAR Professionals, our course are highly customizable to suit our customer needs. Not only you can request us to conduct the classes at your location, we can also tailored the course to meet your specific needs based on Training Needs Analysis (TNA) conducted by our Professionals. What do I do if I can't make it in time to the practical or assessment session?
No worries! You can contact your immediate training officer or assessor to inform them on your emergency. Our office shall then reschedule your practical or assessment session at later time. No additional cost will be incurred to you in the process. Just make sure to inform us 24 hours in advance for the said arrangement.
Can the courses be ordered to be fully online delivered through SIKAR learning system?
We strongly advise you to follow our program arrangement. All the courses and programs has been tailored to delivered the required knowledge and skills to all of our participants and ensure we only deliver the best for you. Practical session in some courses and programs are inevitable for our training officers to transfer their skills effectively to you! No worries! If travel arrangement is your concern, do reach out to your in-charge training officers for further advice and special arrangement if required.
What is SIKAR Learning System?
SIKAR Learning System are heavily intertwined with Google Workspace. This allow us to save your theory training session for your reference in the future. To ease burdens to our participants hectic schedule, most of our theory assessment will be conducted within Google Workspace. All of your training materials will be available for your reference for period of up to one year. Due to copyright and Intellectual Property concern, all the training materials will only be viewable through SIKAR Learning System.
