Mental health refers to the health of our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. Mental health affects how we behave, act, think, and carry ourselves daily. Being human and part of nature, humans like to interact with each other, and it is one trait that makes us humane. Mental health is often associated with offshore works as this trade of works indirectly induces social isolation from human society. Workers will usually be assigned to offshore oil and gas platforms or transferred to offshore vessels. Without the built environment and mass human society, some of us might find it unbearable, even for less than a week.
