Project Scheduling by Production Management: Earthwork

With ever increasing material price especially crude oil price has significantly affect earthwork industry. This due to heavy dependency of heavy machineries to perform work and its main consumables is hydrocarbon product: diesel. Thus, the importance to produce more efficient and dynamic machine team to perform earthwork activities has become increasingly important. Basic to all scheduling is to understand the output and production capability of manpower, machineries, plant, and equipment to properly and in effective way, plan out the utilization plan throughout the project.
